How do I Return?
  • Visit our Return Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Cancel order
Coitus Lifesciences  might have to cancel certain orders which are out of reach or difficult to ship. Coitus Lifesciences  reserves the right, to refuse/ cancel / deny any order for any reason.
 Coitus Lifesciences  reserves its rights to cancel orders due to limitations on quantities of products available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Return & Exchange Rule 
If Order was Placed by Mistake, Then Only we can take exchange request.

  • You Ordered for Kamrath Plus For Men  but you needed kamrath For Men.  or vice versa. then we can take your exchange request.
 No Returns and No Exchange Allowed on the following Products :
  • Kamrath Gel                                               – Not allowed 
  • Kamrath Gel Flavourised                            – Not allowed
  • Coitus Shilajit                                             – Not allowed
  • Coitus Ashwagandha                                   – Not allowed
  • Coitus Multivitamin Multi Mineral                                                        – Not allowed
  • Coitus Her Choice Capsule                           – Not allowed
  • Coitus Shilajit Resin                                     – Not allowed
  • Coitus Safed Musli                                        – Not allowed 
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
How do I ship back the items?
We will pickup returning items back from your address, you do not have to step out from your home. Refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my Exchanged Product?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your Exchange request. If approved, The Exchanged Product will be Dispatched.
